The following
list of alcohol is to be used as a guideline only:

5 Bottles - Whiskey
5 Bottles - Vodka
2 Bottles - Scotch
2 Bottles - Rum
2 Bottles - Gin
2 Bottles - Peach Schnapps
1 Bottle - Bourbon
1 Bottle - Sweet Vermouth
1 Bottle - Dry Vermouth

- Cases of beer
2 - Full kegs per 150-200 people
10 - Liters of wine behind bar during the cocktail hour.
1 - Liter of wine per table
1 - Bottle of Champagne serves one table of 8 or 10 or two
tables per bottle if you would like us to pour some in each
glass but not leave the bottle on the table
For your information:
*1. Banquet Center provides the bartenders. We recommend one
(1) bartender per 100 people. The rate for a bartender is
$10 per hour
They are also paid an extra 1 1/2 hours for setup and cleanup.
2. Banquet Center also provides the following bar setups:
Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic, Soda, Gingerale, and Squirt.
Juices included are - Orange, Cranberry, Grapefruit, and Bloody
Mary Mix.
Also included are Olives, Cherries, Lemons, Limes, and Ice
3. We
recommend that all alcoholic beverages are brought into the
hall 2-3 days prior to your function date between the hours
of 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please mark boxes or containers with
your name and date of function.
4. If

through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM at

* Bartenders
are paid directly. Do not include their fees in the Banquet Center bill.
