The Banquet Center offices are closed on Mondays.

Family Style, Buffet and Sit-Down menus include Sales Tax, Gratuity, China, Linens, Servers, Bus Boys, Security, Bar Washes and Banquet Center rental for 6 hours.

Brunch and Luncheon menus include Sales Tax, Gratuity, China, Linens, Servers, Bus Boys and Banquet Center rental for 4 hours

Friday or Saturday evening receptions are usually from 6:00 PM to midnight

The Large Hall has a 150-person minimum on Friday and 200-person minimum on Saturday. Maximum seating capacity is 375 in the Large Hall.

The Small Hall has a 50-person minimum and 100-person maximum seating capacity.

On Fridays and Sundays there is a $5.00 discount when using Family Style, Buffet or Sit-down menus. For Saturday Weddings from December through March, the same $5.00 discount applies.

There is a $1000 deposit required to reserve the Large Hall. There is a $250 deposit required to reserve the Small Hall.

Napkin colors to choose from are: White, Mauve, Black, Red, Burgundy and Peach

Table Cloth colors to choose from are: White, Mauve, and Powder Blue

Valance colors to choose from are: Satin White, Black and Mauve

We use only China and Glassware in our Banquet Center.

A list of recommendations for Wedding Cakes, Hotels, DJ’s, Bands, Photographers, etc. are available by calling the Banquet Center office.

Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday and Noon to 6:00 PM on most Saturdays.

Final payments are due at the conclusion of the function. We do not accept Credit Cards but all other forms of payment are accepted.

Final counts must be called in to the hall office one week prior to the function.

We make available a large Brandy Snifter or Large Bowl or Bud Vase for your use at no additional charge. You must provide the items you wish to place in the Snifter, Bowl or Bud Vase. You may bring your own centerpiece if you wish.

You must provide your own Liquor, Beer, Wine or Champagne.

You provide your own cake – there is no charge for cutting, wrapping or serving the cake.

Appointments must be made to finalize all menus and details concerning your event eight weeks prior to the function.

Children 6-12 years of age are ½ price. Children 5 and under are free.

Bartenders, for weddings, are $75 each and we recommend 1 bartender per 100 guests.

There is a $50.00 Service Charge applied when using the VCR and Large Screen in the Large Hall to show any videos.
