General Manager / Executive Chef Randy Henning

Thank you for taking a moment to find out a little about myself. I am the General Manager and Executive Chef.  I have been employed by St. Noel for 29 years. I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute Of America in upper state New York.  I have worked in various Restaurants, Country Clubs and Hotels in the Cleveland area as well as Fort Lauderdale and Miami Florida.

I really enjoy  what I do.  I am blessed with a great staff and a beautiful facility to work with. I enjoy meeting with each couple or perspective client, giving them a tour of our Banquet Center and working with them to plan their special day or event, making sure that all their expectations and details are met.

I am often asked,  how difficult is it to cook for so many people?  I believe that I can prepare a meal for 300 guests and it will taste as if it were made for 2.
